Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
Make the patterns available as actual .pdf files. I want to be able to open in Adobe, use the Poster/scale 200%/.25 inch overlap so I can print off large sized portions to highlight checkoff as I work on my stitching.

Make the patterns downloadable other than in the PAT form.

Answer emails! I can't find a floss chart for the 3 patterns I purchase. Soooooo disappointed!

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
Hi! Kristi, I am very wet behind the ears when it comes to cross stitching. I have been reading message boards to answer some of my questions. On your site, I go to the question and read it and when I go back to top of the page to return to forums or topic list taks me back to page 1 and not where I left off. cindy

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
By offering machine embroidery patterns. That's going to sound like fingernails on a chalkboard to most hand embroidery enthusiasts but there really is a market out there and I was using your patterns up till Version 7 came out. I have a program that would convert .pat formats to machine cross stitch designs. I can use absolutely nothing version 7 and there are some awesome patterns that I would love to try.

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
Hi! I recently downloaded several patterns, and I noticed that sometimes there will be a blank square in the pattern. I have looked at the hard copy pattern, and there IS indeed a stitch there. It leaves me to have to "guess" what the stitch would be. Anyway to remedy that problem??? Thanks!

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
I just bought and downloaded a pattern (a new one offered on today's newsletter). No problem at all. But--I still can't browse past the first page. Anything I click returns me to Home Page. I have tried all suggestions re blocking and firewalls. This is the only webpage I have encountered where this happens.

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
HI, I have been on this site for a couple of years and recently have also been having troubles with being sent back to the home page, and I agree very frustrating. Is there some way to fix this?

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
I am also new to the site. Have tried all the suggestions listed in the "website" question and STILL cannot view beyond the first page of any pattern category. What's more, if I try to change the number of patterns to view per page, or change the size from large to thumbnail, I get sent right back to the home page -help! This is so frustrating!!! ~Jillian

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
Hello,
I’m sorry but we do not have an archive for past free patterns. Once the month is over for that free pattern, it gets placed back onto the website for customers to purchase it. If you are looking for a specific pattern from a specific month, please let me know and I can guide you to it. Thanks.
Sincerely, Kristi Bond Patternsonline.com Customer Service

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
I know that the site allows for downloading patterns only but I was wondering if you would consider giving us the option of purchasing cross stitch books for people like me who don't like to have sheets of paper but rather books.

Re: How can we improve patternsonline.com?
I would like to see an associates program for those that have cross stitch websites and shops. It could really help spread the word about the site and gain more interest.
