How to view patterns on a Mac

I recently purchased two patterns that I love and am excited to start, but I'm unable to view or download them because I have a Mac computer. How can I obtain a version that I can view/download on my Mac? If that's not possible, will I be reimbursed? It wasn't mentioned anywhere before purchasing that the patterns could only be accessed on a Windows computer.
