I have windows 7 and the viewer worked for me. The patterns are on yor adobe reader. and when you pull them up they bring up the viewer with them.

When I installed the pattern viewer on Windows 7 it installed and ran. Then when I tried later to run the pattern I get two errors. one says "Division by 0" when I click OK, next I get 'Runtine error 11' division by zero' when I click ok on this window the pattern viewer quits.

I am having the same problem. I bought a new computer and it automatically came with Windows 7. I can get the pattern I purchased to come up in my PC Viewer and my printer lights up like it's getting information but nothing prints. Is there a driver that needs to be installed or something. This will be extremely disappointing if I can no longer print any of the 73 patterns that I have purchased through Patterns Online because I now have Windows 7.
