re-instal and register-drama

Hi,
I bought pcstich january 2003 and often used it; my computer motherboard broke so I bought a new computer, and installed pcstich again. For register the product and being able to save and print, I have to fill up my creditcardnumber. But... the creditcardnumber has changed ( a few times) and I don't know nor can get from my creditcard-firm, that old number., so.... I cannot use it anymore. I have version 6.4.11, and don't want to buy another version, to be honest : I don't want to buy a new one , because I already did buy it.
I wrote to the sales-department, but they only have the last for digits of that old creditcardnumber. Please can anyone help me with solving this problem ?
