Newbie

Hello, I'm newbie here and have a problem regarding the chart I bought 2 days ago. I bought Sweetheart Gazebo by Thomas Kinkade and there's an error I found in the chart. The problem I've encountered was missing 100 symbols/stitches. It can be seen at the last line of the chart from the right side. Starting from the upper right corner (3 dot symbol)down to half of the page in a single line. In my pattern viewer downloaded from here this morning in hopes to correct the problem and downloaded the chart itself again, but, it still look like a letter L. Those stitches/symbols are still missing.
I thought printing the chart maybe a different story but still the same. I don't know what I will do now. They haven't replied to my emails yet.

Any suggestions?
