I can not find my pattern after I download it.

Depending on how your Internet browser is set up, your pattern will either open automatically or you will be prompted about whether to “save” or “Open” the file. If it is opened automatically by the Pattern Viewer software, you can save it into one of the Pattern Viewer categories when you exit the Pattern Viewer software or open another pattern.
If you choose to “Save” the pattern, you will be able to choose the folder to which the pattern will be saved on your computer. We recommend that you put all of your patterns someplace that is easy to remember, such as the My Cross Stitch Patterns folder underneath you’re my Documents folder.
