PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING AND
CONTINUING WITH THE DOWNLOAD
BY CLICKING ON “I AGREE,” YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH EVERYTHING LISTED BELOW, DO NOT CONTINUE
AND SIMPLY CLICK “I DO NOT AGREE.”

1. You have purchased the right to limited use of the computerized pattern that is to
be downloaded. You do not own the pattern itself or any rights to same. The
designer listed on the pattern retains sole ownership of the pattern. Your right
to the licensed pattern is restricted to use for your personal production of a
stitched cross stitch piece or for incorporation of the licensed pattern into a
stitched cross stitch piece of your own design, so long as the resulting design
which incorporates the licensed pattern is only for your personal use. You do
not have the right to commercially or personally distribute the licensed
pattern, or incorporate the licensed pattern into a derivative design to be
published. Electronic or mechanical reproduction of this pattern, except for
your own personal use, is strictly prohibited under US and International
copyright laws. If you violate the terms of this license, you shall hold us
harmless from all claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses which result from
such improper use.
2. For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of
the purchase or download, we warrant that the licensed patterns that are to be
downloaded are compatible with PCStitch format. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, THE
PATTERNS THAT ARE TO BE DOWNLOADED ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Our sole obligation under
this warranty shall be to rectify any problems that could occur from the
downloaded pattern, at our option. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS,
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY BE INCURRED.
3. If for any reason your right to use the downloaded patterns
terminates, you must remove all copies of these patterns from any computer upon
which they have been installed, and to destroy all copies of the patterns and
any other documentation we have provided for you.
