Pattern Problem
I purchased Wal D'Champs Pattern Order# 182167 for $7.95 "Secret Gate of Special Stitches". While printing it out (it's 28 Pages) I discovered that page 10 is exactly the same as Page 4. I have written to Patterns on line and received not one email. Nothing saying even "we received your request and are working on it" Nothing! I guess this Company is not as Customer Caring as it purports to be. Now I'm going to Pay Pal and report this Company.

I hope you got your situation worked out tho. I'm glad the download worked for you. It didn't for me. I can't even have access to my chart that I PAID FOR.

I downloaded a pattern last night. I did everything it told me to do. I have not been able to download it. I sent two emails last night, and another today. No response yet. I am so frustrated. only spent $3.49, but it's the principle. I have tried on 3 separate computers to download it, and nothing. Beginning to think it's not a legitimate site. They have been around for a while, but.......just saying. I will NOT be buying any more from here. Crosstitch.com is a wonderful place to go to purchase patterns.
