I just purchased a pattern and am furious to find out I can't view it since I don't have a PC. I will try to download it at work but think it is horrendous that macs are not supported in this day and age. And even worse that there isn't a large warning on the main page (or the pattern page).
I definitely won't be buying from this site again and am warning all my stitchy friends.

I think it is a great disservice to not inform a buyer ahead of purchase that Apple products are not supported. It would be a very easy fix. You are losing a lot of business.

I got a very quick and polite response from Jennifer as follows:
"Thank you for your email. I am sorry, but the software needed to download the patterns available at PatternsOnline is not compatible with Mac, or tablets. Do you have access to a PC? If not, I can refund you for your purchase.
Jennifer"
I guess I'll go to the library and see if I can get the program downloaded and print off the chart.

I just purchased a chart and have run into the same problem you have. I've posted a question using the "contact us" option. I **really** want the chart; hope Jennifer has a way to help.

yeah, me, too. I guess I'll have to ask for a refund. Darn!! I really wanted these patterns, and they are only available here since Teresa Wentzler closed her own webpage. I don't understand why they can't do these in a PDF format. I've got several freebies that way, and they are very easy.
