Jennifer has been wonderful. After trying a number of different things, I am now able to download and print my patterns!!! Now I'd better get some ink jets. Hope everyone will try the different solutions (if you've contacted her) and eventually one should work for you.

I too am having major problems. Jennifer has been great in responding to my e-mails but nothing is working. I've been with them for years and truly don't want to give up but I'm beginning to wonder if this can be resolved. Does anyone know of anything different that has been done at the site?

I am having the same problem with a pattern as well. I have had my account here for several years & purchased LOTS of patterns and have never had a problem like this before. I haven't received a response to the messages that I have sent. The pattern that I am having issues with is called Valentine Game Board. Which pattern are you having trouble with???
