Thread Gatherers and DMC

I purchased 3 of Monsterbubbles patterns and was disappointed to find the only flosses offered were Thread Gatherers and Gentle Art flosses. I'm not familiar with these and thought I would have the option to convert to DMC. Does anyone know of a chart showing the conversion. Gentle Art brags that they cannot be converted. I only have the PC Stitch pattern viewer. I have a full copy of Pattern Maker. Thanks in advance.
