Newbie to this site
Hey ladies. I'm new to this site and I just wanted to say hello. My name is Darlene. I am married and I have a 4 year old daughter. I've been cross stitching since 1997. I love Ellen Maurer-Stroh's animal babies and I've stitched some of those. I love stitching Dreamsicle Cherubs, Precious Moments and anything Disney. I love to go shopping, the mall, the beach, reading, spending time with family and friends, cross stitching, scrapbooking (just got into it, etc.

Hi Darlene, my name is Donna and I purchased my first pattern from this site on 03.17.02. I have an empty nest now and find myself whipping out the projects. I also knit, crochet and do crewel work. I love paper crafts but have found myself more drawn to the needle arts these days. I am currently working on a patten I purchased here called Autumn Kitten, it was in an e-mail just three days after I had to have a cat put to sleep and this little kitten in the patten looks just like my little Lex. Don't forget to introduce your daughter to stitching, I have some "pictures" my daughter did between 3 and 5, they hold many memories. Donna

I've been here for a while. Welcome to Cross-Stitching world. My name is Dawn & I have 20 mos twin daughters ~ it's amazing that I try to find time to stitch. LOL
I love thos Eleen Maurer-Stroh's animal babies too. I never got around to stitch one. Just love to admire it from the distance.
